Conference Payment Plan Terms

You must click the button below acknowledging that you have read the following information before being able to submit a payment.
  • The Payment Plan includes ONLY your conference registration fees.
  • You are responsible for calling the hotel and reserving your hotel room AND paying all hotel fees.
  • You may make Payment Plan payments via our website only.
  • We accept Visa and MasterCard payments.
  • Payments CANNOT be mailed in.
  • There is a non-refundable $10 setup fee on all Conference Payment Accounts.
  • You can select your classes ONLY AFTER your last payment has cleared and normal conference registration has started.
  • Incomplete conference payments / registrations will be refunded after October 1st minus the non-refundable administrative fee.
  • Members utilizing the Payment Plan are not eligible for the Early Bird Drawing.
  • Members who have used the Payment Plan and do not attend conference AND do not request a refund by September 1st will forfeit their conference fee.

Selecting Plan Payments
  • INDIVIDUAL PAYMENTS: You may choose to make individual payments. There is a minimum of a $20 payment per payment. All payments must be completed by the August 28th.
  • AUTOMATIC RECURRING PAYMENTS: When you make your first payment you may choose to set up a monthly recurring charge.
    • This charge will be based upon the chart below.
    • Each payment will be taken out on the same day of the month that you made your original payment.
    • The payments will be automatically deducted from your credit/debit card in March, April, May, June, and July.
